Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All forwarding services must be booked and paid in advance via our website. Each booking applies to the selected service only (Standard Parcel, Multiple Parcels, or Premium Membership). International shipping fees are not included and will be charged separately after parcel arrival, based on actual weight and dimensions. 2. Parcel Arrival & Processing Customers will receive a delivery address after completing the booking. Once parcels arrive, we will: Inspect the package Measure actual weight and dimensions Provide an exact shipping quote via Australia Post (Standard / Express options) Shipping will proceed only after shipping payment is completed. 3. Storage Period Standard & Multiple Parcels: Free storage for 14 calendar days from the date of first parcel arrival. Premium Membership: Free storage for 60 calendar days. Parcels stored beyond the free period may incur a storage fee or be returned/disposed of at our discretion if no response is received. 4. Parcel Limits Standard Parcel: Maximum 1 box per booking Multiple Parcels: Maximum 5 boxes per booking Any booking exceeding the stated limits requires a custom quote. 5. Size & Weight Limits Maximum weight per parcel: 20kg Maximum combined dimensions (L + W + H): 140cm Oversized or overweight parcels may be refused or require a custom quote. 6. Prohibited & Restricted Items Customers are responsible for ensuring parcels comply with: Australia Post regulations New Zealand Customs regulations Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): Dangerous goods, lithium batteries (loose) Liquids, aerosols, flammable items Perishable or illegal items Any prohibited items received may be refused, returned, or disposed of without refund. 7. Cancellations & Refunds Service fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been received. Bookings may be cancelled before parcel arrival with no refund of the service fee. Shipping fees are refundable only if shipment has not been dispatched. 8. Liability & Responsibility SnapShip acts solely as a parcel forwarding agent. We are not responsible for: Supplier errors Customs delays Damage caused by carriers or customs inspections Insurance is recommended for high-value items. 9. Unclaimed Parcels Parcels not claimed or paid for within 30 days of arrival may be returned, destroyed, or disposed of without compensation.
